Exhibit #2: Industrial Activity Map

This hand-drawn map was submitted as Petitioner's Exhibit #2. It plots 37 numbered industrial and commercial businesses operating along and near the Pulaski Highway corridor, with a note stating all had been established in the area since 1942. The map was submitted as evidence that the surrounding area had become industrialized, making single-family residential development of the subject tract impractical. Scale: 1" = 2,000'.
